Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama is supporting the action taken by the investigator of East Jakarta Resort Police to resolve corruption in the office of East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-Department.

Law must be upheld, the actor must be imprisoned

Actually, Ahok already know the corruption case in the sub-department. The suspicion broke out when there was self-managed activity with small amount, thus the work in each area is not interconnected.

“ Law must be upheld, the actor must be imprisoned ,” he said at City Hall, Tuesday (8/11).

He admitted that he had demoted Head of East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-Department. This was because of stealth fund. “I did, I demoted him,” he asserted.

Previously, such investigation was carried out by 6 investigators on Monday evening over the allegation of corruption case on 2012-2013 budget.

The investigators succeed to secure lot of documents and taking the data from computer.
